  • Step 2: If unresolved, escalate the issue to the Grievance Officer with complete details.
  • Step 3: You will receive an acknowledgment within 24 hours.
  • Step 4: Final resolution will be provided within 7 working days.

4. Scope of Complaints

This policy covers complaints related to:

  • Failed or delayed recharges
  • Wallet issues or refunds
  • Incorrect transaction deductions
  • App-related bugs or usability concerns
  • Miscommunication or improper support experience

5. Exclusions

The following will not be treated as valid grievances:

  • Requests made after 30 days of transaction
  • Complaints without valid transaction IDs or user identification
  • Abusive or threatening language in communication
